So far I havent seen much of the fire side of his personality but, he has a Scorpio Ascendent with Mars in close conjunction. The heat is there but tightly under wraps. He angers easily but, rarely lets it out. The other thing is that his Neptune in libra is in opposition to it, so deep down he is more of a dreamer than he lets on. He has a double personality. I think Jupiter may exaggerate Neptune, adding optimism to illusion - not a good thing! Still, I think they may soften Pluto's effect some, even though (especially because?) they're in Scorpio. Neptune sucks some of the selfishness out of Jupiter. I have Jupiter and Neptune conjunct and both sextile to my Mercury, Venus and Pluto stellium in Virgo.
