Along the way, a lot of people have said to me: "Jane, you've got to write the book." I've sloughed it off all along, always thinking: "There is nothing to write, nothing to say. It would be a one-liner." Two people in particular have been adamant about "We're waiting for the book." It so happens one of them called me a few days ago, and in the course of our conversation (about something else), reiterated how he tells all his friends (and strangers) about me and how I Must Write The Book. Last night, the other friend dropped by for what I thought was gonna be a minute, but ended up being a stay-for-tea hour long visit. And yes, you guessed it. He TOO reiterated that "they" (he and HIS crowd) are all Waiting For The Book. (My two fellas don't know each other, or that others are making the same suggestion.) After these two last incidents, within days of each other, by two friends who live a continent apart and are not in touch with each other, I decided the time had come to HEED THE MESSENGER (Mercury). I've already jotted down notes for The Book (in bed, last night and this morning). They (the notes) are "coming to me" from lord knows what source. Apparently "they" (throngs of people out there!) want a book. The Book. I'll see what I can do to give it to them. Who am I to turn away a clamoring audience? :-D There is something I did in the past decade, something rather (ok: very) unusual. This has been on the odder Mercury Rx periods for me. I've been very busy but not in a particularly coordinated way. Writing has been almost impossible to do in a sustained way, mostly because many interruptions have prevented good concentration. My Mercury is on the 12th house side of my ASC so without quiet & solitude, I'm pretty much screwed! :-) Thanks! This has been on the odder Mercury Rx periods for me.
